I received a pen I didn’t order , I sent an email to Pft Logistics, Heathrow Worldwide Distribution Ctr , Slough,SL95 1CH and still haven’t received a reply . This was back in December 2022. They had all my details which I never gave to them on the front of the package . Do I just send the pen back to the return address with a note explaining as the don’t seem to be answering my emails ?. I'm in High Wycombe, UK
