Received a package from Bellflower CA. It’s a moissanite ring 💍 I didn’t order this and I have not been billed for it either. I’m so confused. Why did I receive this?

I have received 2 of these rings and I don't see where I have been charged for either one of them. Very concerning to me. Don't know how to stop it. Any ideas?

Have you ordered anything online that you have not received yet? When I received the ring today the shipping label had the tracking number for my order from Kohls that I never received.
