We ordered clothes from a new website. We never received our order but we received a ring yesterday. Must be a scam. They send you a ring instead of your order and you can't get a refund.

I ordered some stuff through an ad on Facebook. Company called Nords. Value £36. This was a couple of weeks ago. I have today received this ring but it's valentine's day!! It's a beautiful ring! Lol and the guarantee looks genuine. No extra payments have left my account so far. Don't know what to make of it!

I ordered tops from a company called Thorous that was advertised on Facebook. They said my order came on the 17th of February. I did get a package that day but didn't open it because I thought it was vitamins. I finally opened it today and it was a ring. I had been talking to the company via email over the last couple days and they are saying that they are going to resend my tops free of charge, and that someone must have stolen my package from my step. I highly doubt it!!! So now I have a dress up ring, am out $$$, don't have the tops I ordered and who knows who has my information! Lesson learned! If the price is too good to be true, it is.
I also got an identical ring. Absolutely no idea why or how they got my addresss

Definitely a scam I ordered clothes via a website on Instagram called acuast who had a fake M&S front page, when I checked the tracking number of the order and the ring parcel they matched. I reported it to my credit card company and also to https://www.fca.org.uk/consumers/report-scam
I revived a ring to day that I never ordered are they charging me by any chance ? If so how the hell can they do it?
