Safety Report: Receipt of a moissanite solitaire ring I did not order, Hull, UK

I received a ring that I didn't order. It is in a gray velvet box and came in a padded manila envelope. That does not appear to be a return address on the envelope however it was delivered by the courier service EVRI so perhaps they will know where it came from.
