Ordered a small treadmill from qvc outlet that was advertised on Facebook.As it was qvc l thought it was a genuine site.They e mailed saying it was on the way.Money has been taken out of my bank but still no treadmill .It’s been over 6 weeks and l can’t find anything about this site now on my e- mails they seemed to have disappeared from site.This is the first time this has happened to me so l now know qvc outlet is a scam.

Same thing applies to me. Alarm bells should have made me realise it being so cheap

I ordered the same treadmill thinking qvc would be a safe purchase sadly not just got a Chinese scarf 🙈😢😢😢

I did the same thing, got a cooling towel sent, emailed them, and they have refunded my money
I ordered a treadmill and I got a silk scarf, which I sent back. I've been fighting with them for a refund since the beginning of September. After a lot of email exchanges, they confirmed the refund, but they haven't paid it yet. This is about a month now! Has anyone received their money back?
