Purchase of tread mill shown on QVC on line, swimmune.com thru QVC

I ordered a treadmill on August 18th, 2023 - it was shown on a QVC site on line - it was supposed to be shipped within 7 to 10 days . A friend ordered the same treadmill and neither of us have gotten it. The info send with the email had a phone number which was not connected to anything and a 24/7 chat which was also not working. Some how my friend got a reply from ZGO - Lucy and some of the words are in chinese.
How can I cancel and stop this from being charged to my credit card I do not want the item ever.

Call your credit card company, give them the name of the site. They should refund your mone.
