product and refund never received after 4 months, ASL*hysperien

I order these raised planters in March of 2023. I never received them. The company said they would send out another. Never received them either. They said that it had been lost in shipment and were sorry. Said in June that they would refund me my money expect for the shipping cost. It is now almost August and still no refund. I keep sending them emails reminding them.
