I purchased an electric cat litter tray. This was in the 23rd September 2023. It never arrived although apparently it had been left by the delivery man on door step. No evidence was sent to prove this. I was offered money back but not full amount. After weeks I said I would have 50% back. Still not received and many messages sent. They do reply with excuses but it is complete scammers. Don’t use this company.
