I ordered, via Facebook, a Planterbox. I received a pair of glasses (which they helpfully informed me are 3D glasses, valued at what I paid for the Planterbox). We're discussing and disputing via email until I'm sure at some point they'll just not respond in hopes of keeping 100% - I've also raised it with my credit card provider as a disputed transaction. support@hctt-serve.com

Welcome to the world where FaceBook doesn't check their advertiser's that rip you off. Google also does this. These Chinese companies operate under a lot of different names and websites. Selling anything from shirts to Electric bikes, dirt cheap. They take your credit card money, ship you a scarf, socks, glasses or other crap, then say they delivered the item you ordered. Total Chinese SCAM for American money. One would think that Visa or MasterCard would block this nonsense or refund your money. Or our current administration would step in. But we all know Joe's crime family is in the back pocket of the Chinese Government.
Just facing this same issue with a planter bed order that I received 3-d glasses for! Did you ever get a resolution

Not resolved yet. They're offering 65% refund. I submitted a dispute to my credit card .. no comment from them yet either. Frustrating.

I ended up getting a 100% refund by continuing to refuse any other refund amount and notifying my credit card.
They're offering me a "maximum" 65% refund "and keep the glasses" .. which means I would have effectively paid approx $20 for unwanted 3D glasses. 🤦♀️
I ordered planter box and I saw no status for order and their customer care vip is not working at all. I think planterbeds.com is fraud. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company: shame on facebook. Even they used costco wholesale logo as theirs.

I placed a small order from planterbeds.con and did not receive a confirmation email on the order. They claim the order was never placed yet stole the money for the order out of my bank account. I have had to file a complaint with bank, cancel my bank card and block them. After much back and forth with their fake AI customer service, they have somehow blocked me from opening their website. Yesterday they asked me to send them a screenshot of the order off my computer, can you believe the audacity??? Scammer bank thieves!
