My 65 yr old godmother receivers Pfizer vaccine 4/8/21 and states she immediately had such bad vertigo she couldn’t stand. This lasted almost 24 hr. She also complained of fever, intense headache, and nausea. Admits she is hesitant about getting second dose. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Headache, Dizziness
