After my first Pfizer vaccine, I got a terrible headache, fatigue and arm soreness. I drank an excessive amount of water before and after the vaccine.My second Pfizer vaccine I had symptoms that started the same day and continued through day 3. Right the shot, I experienced dizziness and nausea. Later into the evening I got a headache that turned into a migraine, body & muscle aches, and overall soreness and fatigue. The next day it appeared as I had inflamed lymph nodes, sore throat, headache, neckache, and fatigue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Dizziness, Fatigue, Body Ache, Muscle Pain, Soreness, Sore Throat, Migraine
