I received a cane that was not as I ordered. Also, the packaging was poor and it came smashed and parts missing. What can I do about this?

01/30 update: It was ordered off of instagram. Unfortunately I cannot find anything about the canes except the charge on my card and the return address that was on the bag. On charge I have an over seas fee and stated from London. This was the only cane with crystal and wood handle, the others were carved animals.
