Safety Report: Package I didn’t order. It’s supposed to be a cooling towel, I live in NJ the package came from CA

I received a cooling towel in the mail from Brian Jarvis. 6172 Eastern Ave,
Commerce CA 90040. I didn’t order anything from this gentleman. I don’t know how he got my name and address. There is no website associated with him that I can find.

I got one today too. It looks like mine is tied to a rocking camp chair that I ordered a few months ago and never got.

I also ordered these rocking chairs and now have received a knee brace. Do you have any information on the site you ordered them from??? I’m having a hard time trying to report this scam.

I received one today too, no idea why
I got one too today but mine is from a Joseph Faria in CA, when I look up the tracking number the package didn't actually originate from CA, it originated an hour away from me??
