But did you order a product off an ad or somewhere online? I ordered an under desk treadmill and got a scarf from this address. Fighting with my bank to get my $50 back. They are a clearing shipping house that just takes merchandise sent to them from China and moved it into the USPS system.

If you used a debit card, banks treat them as cash. You should only use a credit card when making purchases. They are easier to fight and get your money back. This has long been a policy for well over a decade or two. Never use a debit card for purchases. They are not protected like credit cards.
