I ordered a pair of shoes that do not fit. I need to return them. Please advise how to return this purchase.

I have found the website on a very small piece of paper that was tucked away in the bag….Could not pull anything up myself. It is serviceforxktoutlook.com I am hoping you can find something. I just get info for outlook.com No good to me.
