Same here exact thing happened to me. It shows that it was delivered to a different address (my human dog bed)but I received a calligraphy pen set instead.

I ordered the same dog bed and received ear muffs!! I have gone back and forth with "customer service" which I am sure is a bot. They say the same thing each time, " Thank you for your email. Sorry for the situation, may we confirm with a full refund without the $12.99 USD shipping fee"? Facebook should really be more thorough with who they allow to advertise on their sit.
