I ordered luggage, for $28.35, from a Facebook ad for the company “Zonza.” Instead, I received a harmonica from Mark Cadicamo on 4/8/23 and the tracking for my luggage order said delivered on the same date but I did not receive any luggage. From researching, apparently this is a scam of some sort.I am in Louisiana

My scarf also came from Mark Cadicamo…and was supposed to be camping chairs. I keep seeing lots of similar complaints but no answers as to what to do about it!

Mine came from online seller 14900 Frye Rd. Fort Worth, Texas
I ordered a dog bed and got an ugly scarf with horses all over it. I can't find a phone number I'm not sure if the Better business bureau can help,but,I'm going to try maybe they can help me get to someone who can investigate.

Same situation. I’m also in Louisiana and received a harmonica from online seller, 8000 N Virginia St, Las Vegas.
I ordered the luggage back in March for $28.35 plus $.085 for international charges. I called my back and I would have to get a whole new card to dispute it. This is a crime and Facebook should not let them get away with it. I also received a harmonica. Is there anything we can do?
