I received a cool towel I did not orders. I am missing a real order from China that is way over due and China says I received it. This is the second time I've not received something from China but got something cheap I did not order. When I ordered both items online they initially look legit, until you get the confirmation. I thought one was coming from Chico and one was from QVC
