Safety Report: OakandHearth Scam, NY, USA

I ordered a dog snow snuggie from OakandHearth in January. They gave a CA address & phone #. Took 3 weeks to arrive and it had a Chinese shipping label. But that's not the worst. I received a notice from the credit card company I had purchased it with (warning: if no PayPal, don't trust them) that I was charged $18+ for something I ordered at 1 AM. Didn't happen. Credit card support didn't challenge the charge, just said it was fraud, canceled the account and I'm waiting for a new card.

ADDENDUM: I received an email from O&H stating that when I ordered the dog coat, I had agreed to pay $18+/monthly after a 7-day trial period for the privilege of being able to buy more of their stuff for 40% off. It must have been hidden in the fine print under Terms & Privacy and I used a junk email address so who reads that stuff which is everywhere unless it's important, like an online financial site? And it took over 3 months to activate it, not 7 days. And the amount? $18/mo, if you MAY want to buy something else. RIDICULOUS SCAM!!!
