I ordered 3 Fluffy King size Duvet covers and got a Chinese Hat, they said it was the shipper's fault and offered a 40% refund of what I had paid "if" I sent the hat back at my own expense. I contacted the fraud department of my bank who cancelled my Bank Card immediately and sent me a new one. I informed Maggies that it was a scam and I had informed the FRAUD Dpt., of my bank and I received a full refund 2 days later. I checked online the address of the "supposed" firm which turned out to be an International School in China and even the distribution building in Slough didn't exist.
