Safety Report: No receiving medication, East Jefferson Avenue, Detroit, MI, USA

I have been here for 3 weeks and I haven't received my medications, I have been told by a few people that I would be getting my meds 5 days ago, by one of the group leaders and I still have yet to receive anything. I was also told that I would be receiving help with food stamps, medical, and dental. etc..... There are members there with bed bugs, and when they spoke to someone in regard to that, all they were provided was bug spray. I am not the only individual who isn't receiving their medication. It's extremely hot here, with no AC, I'm miserable and I am starting to feel ill due to the heat. This isn't helping any of us, this is hurting. I feel worse than I have before and I don't know who to turn to!! At least when I was in jail I received my medication. Now I receive nothing, my depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts are through the roof. People with mental disorders are just thrown away, we're not helped. Sometimes we don't have lunch because there isn't anyone to bring us any food. This is crazy, I'd rather live on the streets. And this is why a lot of people are homeless because no one will help us.
