Safety Report: My apartment mgr, Seattle WA

By now it's apparent how desperate I am to retain or find an attorney who can help me out the insanity & daily increasing scary instability I got sucked in since my apartment fire (arson?) on November 29 2001, while I was at the ICU w/ my first kidney stones...
I'm a 64½ yrs old, European Transplant (I'm used to Swiss/Roman Law) w/ several rare autoimmune conditions on SSD...
• & now am convinced in this culture, if one is a law-abiding citizen w/o ANY criminal background, addiction issues, entangled as an ACUTE DV-survivor, getting evicted or is super rich... there's absolutely no help out there! •
....at least that's the conclusion I got, after a yr's odyssey of trying to find an attorney in Seattle, WA.
It seems, w/o big $$ I do not get the attention of attorneys on the free market & I don't seem to have the criteria to be considered a priority for the free services available for low income Seattlelites' law clinics & such.
I need IMMEDIATE help & became aware quite fast, my situation is not clear cut, but has several legal "branches" intertwined, such as warranty of habitability, elder abuse, criminal, landlord/tenant, murder of a my service dog & additionally medical malpractice on 2 counts & potentially one lawsuit.
Before my sanity completely collapses, my autoimmune conditions go on painful overdrive & leave me wheelchair bound, I thought I try unorthodox methods to find the legal help & legal representation.
There must be someone who can protect me...& get justice.
