398 Stuyvesant Avenue, Irvington, 07111 New Jersey, United States

Good afternoon, yes I’m vaccinated, I’ve been living in this apartment for almost 2 years, for the past 6 months I’ve had mold inside my apartment in the bathroom are especially, my ceiling is cracking and from time to time it leaks. I have no smoke or carbon dioxide detector inside my apartment. I’ve reached out to the office of my establishment, they claim workers would be sent over immediately but nothing have been done for the past 6 months… sometimes it smells inside the apartment and the door is hanging off the hinges. It’s a security and safety concern for me but again this is been on going for over 6 months and nothing have been done about it

YES!!! Call your City and County Health Departments! Clean your camera lens and re-take your video. It is difficult to view your video the way it is. Should you go to court it would make a better presentation, especially of the mold. Good Luck!
