Placed an order on facebook. Macys to buy a purse. Ordered and money taken from checking account on 02/27/2023 and it is now 04/20/23 and I have not received the item. Sent emails with no return email. Called my bank and was told I was scammed. Now I am out the 17.82.

my bank is disputing the charges but with a lot of paperwork and info starting in april---but to get my money back --it will be worth it
