I ordered clothes from what said maceys it was charged on my credit card and maceys has no record of the purchase I didnot receive any confirmation email or anything what can I do the charge was from RH Mechanory.com still have not received anythingUpdate 03/22: These R.H. have to be stopped they are out of control its been 4 week since I ordered from them and I have been charged and still nothing

I ordered from the same place thinking it was Macy's which was on Facebook. So, facebook needs to be responsible too after all you or I cannot post anything without being fact checked but they let bogus business advertise.
On 2/22/23 I placed an order thinking it was a Macy's outlet for $31.22. CC has been charged, but no merchandise has been received from them here as of today (4-29-23). Grr.....
