Ordered from koliza over 2 weeks ago they keep telling me it's on the way but refuse to send me a tracking #. Just continuously sends me thanks for being patient emails 🤬 I looked them up before ordering I should of listened Illegitimate company

Attention no results for me and if there are no expected results, you will not get a refund because this does not apply to “discounted items” (all their items what)... Oops the big scam but it's ok it's made in Quebec...
I also ordered last December 13, and I have been receiving the same messages since saying that my package is on the way. However, I got a tracking number on the Shop app, but the item left China with the Yanmen company. It is clearly not a Quebec product. According to Google Review, delivery takes between 35 and 60 days to arrive at destination with this transport company that is the cheapest in the world (IF that happens at the end of the line!). Their Facebook pages are full of negative comments from women who have been scammed because the device doesn't work very well or not at all after a few tries. Their offices at 1235 Notre-Dame Ouest, Montreal, QC, Canada H3C 0B1 can be found on their Facebook page, but no customer service is offered to customers.
