Ordered a cell phone magnifier from the company and received item in flimsy box without protective packaging. Lens was cracked and handle broken upon arrival.

Have no way to contact seller to replace/refund. Judging by other reports, this is a scammer of the highest order,Will be contacting CC company after the holiday.
