I received an engagement ring made by GRA Moissanite from a shipper NleZhongPing which I never ordered. These people appeared to have my name and email details. Item left at my door and I received an email telling me it has been delivered either a picture showing my door and parcel

So have I. Where has it come from and why? Is it a replacement for a different item? Is it a scam? How do I send it back.
So have I ...I ordered from allioiolly or somewhere like that advertised on Google since then I have seen many same shop looking page with different web company names. Selling coats, bedding boots etc for £5 or less winter sales . The tracking was sent and matched delivery of this GRA engagement looking ring ... Does this mean I can't get money back from bank if they actually send u an item... Weird ... Chasing money back now ..
