I'm at RH.tempn at the beginning of March. Shop ordered. My credit card was charged but I never received anything. Not even an order confirmation. I paid over 64€. Absolute fraud

I bought clothes. In the run-up, there was advertising on Facebook and I visited the shop page and ordered clothes, bikinis, pants... and paid with a visa. But no confirmation received. The whole thing happened over 7 weeks ago. When I try to log in to the site, he wants the verification code that I never received. I also reported the fraud and reported it to Visa, which unfortunately I don't have any more information
