I received a scarf I did not order. I don’t know who it is from, so I’m worried about who they are and how they have my address. It came in a small grey plastic packet by the Royal Mail. From: MPAY-UK Warehouse Customer reference SWECN2309080145**** Showing a return address to: Unit 15, Frankley Industrial Estate, Tay Road, Frankley, Birmingham, B45 0LD. I’m not paying to return it. I’m going to give it to the charity shop. I feel I’ve been scammed, should I cancel my credit card??
