I received a ring that I did not order, I did order a bunch of clothes that were coming from China so not sure if somehow its connected to that. Super weird

I got the same ring! And I did order a lot of clothes about a month ago from “pink lily” which was flagged by my bank as suspicious, however I approved the purchase because I’d ordered from that shop before. After a couple days realizing I never received a confirmation, I looked at the site and it’s actually “pink lily sale” and shows from China!
I ordered a lot of stuff from China thought it was Shein but it was from Sheni USA said was delivered but I did not receive it..I did not catch the spelling of the names
