I ordered a tote bag/ purse from Nordstrom Rack for $42.90 plus $9.90 in shipping. Hadn’t heard when i should expect it so i emailed the email on my statement : customerservice@nordstromrackus.com then this ring just showed up from

File a complaint with the BBB, FTC and USPS attorney general and take screen shots of the submission. Once you do that, write the company and attached the screen capture. Make sure you request a refund. I just had to do the same and I received my money back. Good Luck
