I recieved the same item,its black with lime green,it looks like a sleeve or a band of some sort you'd put on your knee,the thing is I didn't order anything. I don't know what it is or who it was send by other than the name on the pkg. MARK CADICAMO 1458 COLLEGE POINT BLVD COLLEGE POINT NY 11356 ???
