Most likely it was for another item(s) you ordered and they sent this cheap gift in place of it. It's a scam. This is the third time this has happened to me. The first time I tried to fight it through PayPal, whom I used to make a purchase. Because they showed it was delivered, PayPal refused to credit back the money. I told them I never received the item. Turns out, the hot pink plastic whistle I received was the delivered item PayPal was referring to. It was too late to fight it because it was 6 months by the time I put 2 and 2 together. The second time such an incident occurred, I knew immediately the items were incorrect. I was fortunate to have a picture of the item I ordered and sent them a picture of what I received. I got my money back. Now I am going through this again, but I cannot seem to locate how I made the purchase. It doesn't seem to be through PayPal and I checked my credit cards. I know the items I ordered were stackable storage bins. The extremely low price should have been a red flag. They sent me 2 pairs of socks from China. I am thinking of pursuing a class action suit against Facebook for allowing Scammers to advertise and not verifying their legitimacy. By the time the consumer realizes they have been scammed, the website is no longer available and they cannot report it.
