I received a Moissanite Ring that I never ordered, 14772 Bellflower Boulevard, Bellflower, CA, USA

I went to retrieve my mail on June 17th and found a package which contained a supposed Moissanite Ring. I since found out its a Scam. I want to return this because I never ordered it and have no need for it. I've also alerted my Credit Card Provider to not accept any charges from GRA Moissanite [ Global Gemological Research Academy]. Trying to return it. I will not be paying for it! What should I do?
