I received a Dolin Youpin pen which I didn’t order! I ordered a letter “J” money box! Where is what I ordered and how do I return the awful pen which I didn’t order and DON’T WANT!?12/11 update: I ordered it through an advert on Facebook. On my bank statement, it says “AB * Bernadine” and the amount I paid was £15.02.

I got the same. Trying to see if my bank can claim it back. Not hopeful though
We ordered on Facebook ad a fire extinguisher bar from Trenchint . We recieved this pen . Going to the bank to see if can get money back from these fraudsters
Me too. Ordered a smart watch. Then i got this crap pen. They ignore all emails. And the same watch is now being hocked by a replica chinese seller. I still have the packaging proves what was in the package. And my receipt email of the payment for a watch. I need to report the con merchants. I uust dont know where to..
