I received a package from Total Logistics that I did not order. It had the product subgenix bioribose that I did not order.

yes i received this strange product in the mail. what is going on with this powdery substance?
My checking account was charged for this item that I never ordered. I contacted my bank and they reversed charge when I filled fraud charge as scam with them. Now I have received this bottle and was charged again. How do you get it to stop? I am not ordering it, do not have subscription with them, and not paying for it. Has anyone had any luck stopping this? Welcome any advice!!
