I received 2 pillows, my cc was declined when I tried to order and it said please try again. Since it never went through and I received no emails, I assumed it was cancelled. A couple weeks later I see the charge on my cc and the pillows arrived, but yet my cc never went through on the transaction.Return address says:
Rosewood P
2800 Franklin Road
But also has another label from JCEX in Chinese.
I just want to return the pillows and get a refund. Any help or advice?
