I ordered several items from Preferentia advertising on Facebook. Never received. When after 1 month I contacted them, I got trace number that says it was delivered and signed by me. I told them that I never received it and never signed for it., But they refused to believe me. This conversation was on email. I finally after 2 months send them email to return my money. No more answers after that. Now I know this company is a SCAM. Preferentia I will never be ordering from you again. Shame.
