I ordered a golf game and received a rubbishy hat and scarf., Dorset, UK

I ordered an indoor golf game with sticky golf balls so you can see who chips the ball closest to the hole. Kept receiving tracking updates but when I click on the tracking number nothing comes up. This morning I received a pathetic piece of material that is supposed to be a hat and snood!! Certainly not what I ordered. Why are these companies allowed to continue scamming people????

All I have is 'Starcraft Network Limited' I have tried contacting them via an email attached to my order: "shipping@24hourservice.vip"

Same here I just received the same thing it's not what I ordered I looked up the address and it's a Amazon fulfillment center. There is a phone number but who knows if anyone will answer
