I ordered a battery operated chain saw, Vero Beach, FL, USA

On may 13 I ordered a battery operated chain saw from this company Amphitrite Technology Limited. I paid through PayPal using my credit card. When I looked at my credit card statement I find the money was immediately taken out and according to PayPal the saw was supposed to have been shipped out on May 16. Well where is it? Now I am looking at all of these other people who are saying they have been scammed. Wow!! I want my money back!!!!!!
