I ordered from Planterboxes.com 3 planters with arches on April 29, 2023, today 5/13/23 received a pair of sunglassesOrdered from planter boxes.com and received sunglasses instead of 3 planter boxes with arches. The customer service replied that my order was delivered and I should check with neighbors or the post office. They scanned me and I want to report this so Facebook takes action and get their false advertising off . How can I get back my $69.98?

dispute the charge with paypal or credit card company. I should have known better and fell for the same product advertisement. I'll never order anything ever again from Facebook. They don't vet their advertisers.
