I ordered 2 bean bag chairs as Christmas gifts and expected them to arrive anytime now. Today, 09/26/2023, I received a small envelope from Alberto Hernandez, 861 S Pecan Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA and it had a small trinket enclosed. This is the same address as the store I ordered the 2 bean bags from. I'm notifying my credit card company to see if they'll refund the money to me. I'm so pissed off. The ad said it was HSN, that's why I ordered, I trust HSN, I've ordered from them numerous times. I ABSOLUTELY hate scammers.
