Safety Report: I just received a package containing a cheap necklace that I didn’t order., Pensacola, Florida, USA

This package has a return address of 2800 N Franklin Road, Indianapolis, IN 46219. When I checked the tracking number through USPS it said it came from Poshmark in Elk Grove, IL. I never ordered from them either. I don’t understand how this sender got my address.
