Received the same item after a short mail hold following an out-of-town trip! Mine came from Coppell, Texas as well! Such a creepy item!
Have you ordered anything else that never came? That's what happened to me, it was a bait and switch item I ordered chairs and received the same scarf/cloth. Emailed the company and they replied and then shut down website and email.
