Keep it. You got scammed. They used your info from your Macy's order which I would guess you never received. Call your credit card company , file a scam complaint and have them dispute the charge. Then immediately cancel that card and have them issue you a new one.

We were scammed, too...but it's Macy, not Macy's...yes, they latched onto a similar name and sent an email with unbelievable bargains, which of course never arrived. But we got the same piece of junk ring today...
