I received a package today from a Alberto Hernandez his address 8615 Pecan Ave. Rancho Cucamonga , CA. 91739 he sent me a knee brace that I never ordered I wasn't charged I don't who know this person is.

Ever wonder how it is that no one seems to be able to catch these scamers even though they have their names and addresses location? I'm sure they have a ip number that can be located if someone really wanted to find them.
