I ordered one eye cream and I was sent four and charged for four when I opened one eye cream when you lifted the lid half of the jar fell out so you lost half of it I want to know how to get a hold of whoever I need to get a holdI need to find out where do I send back this I want to see her eye cream and I want a full refund for all of them when you open one jar and take the top paper off you lose half of the cream it comes right out and spills. I want this corrected as soon as possible, no one in their right mind would order 4 eye creams at once !!!!!!!!!!
update 04/15: I cannot get a refund from my bank because they called me when the order came through because it was international and I had said that I had bought it but I did not know it was going to be $76 and for eye creams I was supposed to get face cream also 4 eye creams This is actually a total disgrace because now I see it on Amazon for 899 or 799 apiece. That is a bunch of crap I pay to have a lot more than that.
