I placed an order for a Hand Held Battery Operated Power Chain Saw from Blackcass, I received a chain attached to a piece of wire with keyrings on it. I called the company phone # provided on the advertisement online, they told me the transaction did not go through the first time, so I provided another credit card #, I was charged on both cards for the transaction. This is a total Scam
