I ordered 2 cat trees 2-6-23. my account has been charged but I still have no merchandise and am unable to contact them. I sent an online query, to the provided email, and it was returned rejected

Update 06/07: I ordered 2 cat trees on Feb 6, 2023. They charged my card on mid February. Still no merchandise. Have exchanged many emails. They are always very sorry. Have been told it was successfully delivered in Feb. & a couple other lies/excuses, now they want me to accept a 50% refund or a refund minus shipping fees. The order I placed said free shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM AXIOMROAD!
